The Lazy Way to Lose Weight and Get Fit

Have you noticed how all of the diet and fitness experts tell you that losing weight and getting fit is hard work? This instantly conjures up images of us depriving ourselves of the things we love, as well as spending the next few months irritable and frustrated because we feel hungry for the majority of the day.

Listen, losing weight and getting fit doesn’t have to be hard work. Not if you know the shortcuts! In fact, some people might even call this the lazy way to lose weight and get fit. Read on to find out more…

Garcinia Cambogia is the only supplement you need

Have you ever heard of a supplement called Pure Garcinia Cambogia? It’s been getting a lot of attention in the last couple of years, and TV stars and celebrities have been proudly endorsing it.

So what does it do? Quite simply, it helps to keep you fuller for longer, which means you are not tempted to snack in between meals and overeat.

Also, it stops carbs from being stored as fat, so your body starts to increase its metabolic rate. As you can imagine, once you start to experience these kind of benefits, losing weight is extremely…lazy.

Interval training

It seems that the majority of people spend hours in the gym each week, only to not really lose any weight at all. They plod along on the exercise bike and give a halfhearted attempt on the treadmill, but when they get on the scales at the end of the week nothing has changed.

Why is this? In a nutshell, it’s because they think that more time exercising = more weight loss. This is completely false though, as the amount of time you spend in the gym is irrelevant to how many calories you end up burning.

Instead, it’s a much better idea to be lazy when you go to the gym. Why spend 2 hours when you could be finished in 15 minutes?

How is this possible?

With interval training!

For example, instead of peddling away at a slow pace on an exercise bike for a full hour, you would alternate between going at an average speed and full speed for about 10 minutes.

This will burn much more calories as your body is really having to work, which means you can be in and out of the gym while everyone else is just warming up. Very lazy…but totally effective.
